Client Service Manager
As Client Service Manager for BSW Wealth Partners, my primary role is to facilitate a smooth, efficient, and pleasant client experience. This includes managing workflows for new accounts, executing cashiering requests, and being the primary conduit by which clients communicate needs to their advisors and portfolio managers.
Before joining BSW, I gained extensive experience in the financial industry, working at a family CFO facility and Lincoln Financial Group. Additionally, I was the owner of a successful startup business specializing in personal training and nutrition counseling for eight years. With over 35 years in administration and customer service, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role.
My husband and I are empty-nesters living in beautiful Oceanside, California, along with our beloved dog. We have three amazing adult children and an energetic grandson. In my free time, I love hiking, biking to the beach, strength training, exploring local craft breweries, traveling, and attending concerts.
