Debi Baydush is the founding principal of BSW Wealth Partners. Debi served as the BSW chief investment officer for more than 17 years, guiding the firm’s investment policy, portfolio construction, and major strategic efforts.

Debi started her financial career with a large private trust company, trained as a broker at Merrill Lynch and subsequently went to work at PaineWebber. Over time, Debi found that what she felt was best for her clients often differed from the company’s view, so she quit the brokerage business to manage a group of personal investment portfolios on a fee-only basis – and so the foundation stone for what has become BSW Wealth Partners was laid. As the client base grew, Debi hired people who shared her vision of how to provide investment advice – and who were fun to work with!

January 1, 2013 marked her transition to an “Of Counsel” role within BSW. Debi successfully (beyond what even she could imagine) executed on her plan to create a fee-only wealth management firm to care for a small group of interesting and fun families. The intellectual stimulation and personal challenge involved in this enterprise was certainly bigger than anticipated, but entirely welcome. The next step in the plan was then to move from satisfying the head to nurturing the spirit: seeing and experiencing more of the world we live in and processing all the lessons thrown in her path along the way. Another big plan! Hopefully it will result in a level of reward and satisfaction at least equal to that of the first plan.

Raliegh is a managing principal of BSW Wealth Partners and a Senior Advisor. In his Advisory role, Raliegh supports clients in finding appropriate solutions for many of the financial situations they encounter, while striking the right balance between their quality of life and their financial objectives. Raliegh has spent time advising clients on a wide range of financial matters since entering the financial business in 1998 and has developed a specific focus on the financial aspects of divorce.  At BSW he serves on the Risk Management Committee, as the former CCO, and prioritizes the health and well-being of BSW’s staff, clients, culture, and community. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as well as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®. He is also a member of The Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA™).  His favorite pastime is spending time with his wife and daughters, and as a Colorado Native, he enjoys athletics and playing in Colorado’s great outdoors.

Prior to joining BSW, Aaron gained extensive experience across financial services, investment, RIA firms, startup companies, and non-profit organizations. He served as the Director of Operations at Logan Stone Capital, an equity market-neutral hedge fund in Chicago, IL, which later merged with RMB Capital Management in 2015. Aaron earned his MBA with concentrations in Finance and International Business from DePaul University in 2011, following his undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he graduated in 2007.

Outside the office, Aaron fully embraces Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle. He is passionate about snowboarding, rafting, rock and ice climbing, and exploring the backcountry through backpacking and mountain biking. In March 2018, Aaron unofficially broke the world record for the most vertical feet snowboarded in a 12-hour period. Additionally, he is an award-winning homebrewer and loves traveling the world with his wife, Rupal, and their daughter, Mira.

Before joining BSW, I gained extensive experience in the financial industry, working at a family CFO facility and Lincoln Financial Group. Additionally, I was the owner of a successful startup business specializing in personal training and nutrition counseling for eight years. With over 35 years in administration and customer service, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role.

My husband and I are empty-nesters living in beautiful Oceanside, California, along with our beloved dog. We have three amazing adult children and an energetic grandson. In my free time, I love hiking, biking to the beach, strength training, exploring local craft breweries, traveling, and attending concerts.

A board member emeritus of the University of Colorado's Leeds School of Business, David is a dedicated supporter of the University of Colorado at Boulder - as a mentor, guest speaker, and by providing scholarships for outstanding students since 2001, including the Wolf Experiential Learning Endowment. He received the Leeds Young Alumni Service Award and the University of Colorado at Boulder’s Kalpana Chawla Award, the highest award bestowed on alumni within 15-years of graduation.

While with BSW, David founded R3 Returns, an impact-investing strategy with $200 million of investor capital, and has been a featured speaker at the Conscious Capitalism Conference, B Corp Leadership Development (BLD), and the Rockies Venture Club. Prior to BSW, David worked with a leading Colorado venture capital firm and founded a technology company.

A licensed member of the Colorado Bar, David graduated from the JD/MBA dual-degree program at the University of Colorado at Boulder and received a BA from DePauw University. While at DePauw, he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was a visiting student at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University.

Away from BSW, David pursues his passions for rock climbing, ice climbing and backcountry skiing; and is a professional mountain guide for the Colorado Mountain School. He has climbed all 54 of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks and his mountain endeavors have taken him to Argentine Patagonia, Australia, Bolivia, Chilean Patagonia, Cayman Brac, Ecuador, Egypt, England, France, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Japan, Spain, Thailand, and (hopefully!) many more beautiful places to come. His true loves, though, are his wife, Norie, and son, Hiroyuki, with whom he enjoys soaking in onsen, practicing Nihon-go, and sharing life’s many adventures!

Molly is a jill of all trades on the BSW team. In her role as a Portfolio Manager, she focuses on proactively maintaining and building client portfolios while creating operational enhancements within the BSW Investment Group. Molly is a graduate of the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business where she earned her BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and certificate in Entrepreneurship. She has been with BSW since 2015 with experience internally as a Reporting Specialist, Director of Reporting, & Real Assets Associate. Outside of BSW Molly can be found visiting family in Asia or trekking around Colorado. She enjoys learning about other cultures, spending time in her hometown Fort Collins, and getting outside of her comfort zone!

Tim Wojtalik is a Senior Advisor and Managing Partner at BSW Wealth Partners. Tim focuses his practice on people, emboldening their relationships around money. He thrives on the uniqueness of each individual and works hard to create a clear path for them to identify and achieve their personal and financial goals. It’s within this framework that he finds satisfaction by being both a partner and resource through the journey. Tim earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he studied Organizational Psychology and English – a combination that reveals why people do what they do and how they tend to express themselves personally and in the workplace. He has an MBA from the University of Denver, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and expanding his credentials to include Financial Therapy. He has served locally on the I Have a Dream Board of Directors and has a passion for community health. Tim lives in Louisville with his wife Laura, children Zack, 17, and Audrey, 15, and their two English Labs, Routt and Zeus. He regularly competes in endurance events that include Ironman triathlons and tries to keep up with his competitive Big Mountain skiing and snowboarding children.

As a Portfolio Manager at BSW Wealth Partners, I specialize in constructing and maintaining tailored investment portfolios for BSW clients. I also oversee and curate the firm's Fixed Income offerings, ensuring that our clients have access to high-quality and strategic investment opportunities in this asset class.

Before joining the BSW team, I spent my time at the University of Colorado Boulder, where I graduated with bachelor’s degrees in both Economics and International Affairs in 2017. Building on this foundation, I earned a master’s degree in finance from the Leeds School of Business.

In 2022, Drew retired after 30-plus years caring for the financial well-being of BSW’s clients and their families while also helping to manage and grow BSW. Drew remains actively engaged with BSW as a principal, mentor and occasional provocateur.

With over 40 years of experience in investments, finance and law, Drew has acted as an advisor to wealthy families, professionals, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, family foundations and charities. Prior to relocating to Colorado, Drew practiced law in Washington, D.C. – specializing in taxation, corporate business, and commercial transactions. He holds a BS from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and a JD from Catholic University School of Law.

Drew believes that balance is an essential ingredient to making life better. In 2021, he became a fully trained hospice volunteer with TRU Community Care, working in TRU’s in-patient Care Center. Outside of BSW and TRU, Drew’s interests include international and adventure travel, hiking, live music, yoga and scuba diving. Particularly joyful are opportunities to share these pastimes with his three adult children and before long his new granddaughter.

As a Lead Advisor at BSW Wealth Partners, I work primarily with local business owners, entrepreneurs, and their families. Being a business owner myself, I am drawn to the unique complexities and planning required to craft comprehensive financial plans for my clients. 

I’ve worked with families through significant life transitions; including divorce, death of loved ones, business start-ups and exits, partner buyouts, structuring key employee compensation plans, and navigating financial events such as inheritance, private stock sales, and IPO’s.

I believe a life successfully lived is best measured by how closely a family adheres to what they value most. Part of my responsibility is to help families make informed decisions with their money. I take even greater pleasure in finding ways that families can live more in alignment with their values, with financial planning serving as one tool to help facilitate this.

The intersection of money and major life decisions can trigger powerful emotions that may cloud judgment. I seek to help families evaluate important decisions from multiple viewpoints, distinguish between objective and emotion-based considerations, and continuously align decisions with the family’s values and goals.

Values and goal setting have been an important part of my own life. When making decisions from a place lacking in true values and goals, I’ve gone on to make mistakes such as becoming an investment banker (something I wouldn’t wish upon anyone) and finding myself stranded in the middle of the desert in Morocco. And when driven by my core values and goals, I’ve gone on to graduate with Distinction from the University of Colorado, I’ve earned both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and BEHAVIORAL FINANCIAL ADVISOR™ designations, I’ve worked hard to become a Division I NCAA Champion at the University of Colorado and have started a craft-brewery in Spain.

Outside of my work at BSW, I run an organization designed to help people with autoimmune ailments, I ski in the backcountry, and I do what I value most: spend time with family.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had the desire to help people. Whether volunteering at a homeless shelter or donating a few of my precious dollars in my youth, I learned the value and impact my time, talents, and treasures can have on others.

Fast forward to today, I am blessed to be a part of something special at BSW Wealth Partners where my beliefs are in alignment with the company’s goal to “Make Life Better.” I graduated from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and have over 12 years of experience in the personal finance industry. My role as the Financial Planning Specialist at BSW is to support clients through detailed planning analysis and subject matter expertise.

I live just outside of Chicago with my wife and three children. Outside of work, we love spending time outdoors (even in the Midwest’s extreme summers/winters) and visiting the city’s museums. I continue to volunteer in my spare time and look forward to the journey ahead.

As an Advisor, Sam’s specialty is helping clients confidently make smart, informed decisions.  Sam is an expert at deconstructing difficult decisions into their components, using his exceptional planning and technical skills to evaluate options, and then collaborating with clients to determine the best course of action.

Sam’s practice focuses on helping self-employed medical professionals achieve greater financial and professional success. Sam serves as a trusted advisor for his clients, guiding them to long-term financial prosperity and protecting them from cognitive biases, financial predators, and unsuitable investments.  Consistent with BSW’s multi-family office approach, medical professionals receive comprehensive financial advice, including both personal financial planning and business financial consulting.

Sam is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds two degrees: a BS in Business Administration, Accounting and a BS in Integrative Physiology, Pre-Medicine.  He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He has been providing financial advice since 2007 and spent five years as a public accountant providing tax and consulting advice to small business owners.

A native of Colorado, Sam grew up in the small town of Hygiene where his father owned and operated a landscaping business. With a former Ms. Universe Body Building Champion for a mother, he was predestined to shine in athletics. Sam is a former Division I collegiate track and field athlete, a high school 100m state champion, and an all-around sports junkie. Outside the office, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife Kate and three sons, Hudson, Nolan, and Beckett.  Together they search out creative outlets which include a never-ending list of home remodeling projects, craft brewing, and abstract finger painting.

I am a managing principal of BSW Wealth Partners and Strategic Advisor for the firm’s clients.  In these roles, my priorities are simple:

• The long-term success of BSW clients.
• The long-term success of BSW Wealth Partners.

On the former, I’ve been told that my ability to see the bigger picture sets me apart from many advisors.  Although I have a background that includes investment management and former member of BSW’s Investment Policy Committee, these important roles are not where I add the most value.

Financial security.  Investment evaluation and coordination.  Transition planning and coordination. Tax strategy.  Wealth transfer. Coordination of strategies with other professionals.  These issues bring a broader scope, the opportunity to influence results, and stand to benefit the most from strategic planning.  I love this stuff. And I love our clients. We are in a “people” business and the people we represent are unique, fun, interesting, and real.  It is truly a pleasure to help them.

On the latter, the ability for BSW to remain independent and thrive over the long term will allow for a long standing, potentially multi-generational relationship with our clients.  To do this, we will need to slowly transition ownership of the firm and grow at a pace that supports this process. The alternative is to sell the firm at some point to a third party, and we don’t believe that is in the best interest of BSW clients or our staff.  I spend a lot of time thinking about this process and ways to achieve these goals.

Prior to joining BSW in 1997, I worked on the equity trading desk at Schwab Institutional. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and earned a BA in Economics from the University of Richmond.

Outside of the office, things I love:

• Powder skiing or cooking with my wife Lucy.
• Surfing, swimming, or skiing with my daughters Carson and Jesse.
• Or just being with any or all of these three amazing gals.

Aside from my family, I love big country and open spaces.  The smell of a field on a summer evening. And last but certainly not least, chasing most anything that swims with fur, feathers, and a fly rod.

Lindy Yoshida is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Associate Advisor at BSW Wealth Partners, where she helps clients align their financial strategy with the life they want — balancing smart decision-making with quality of life. She supports clients through key transitions and tailors advice to help them make confident financial decisions.

Before joining BSW, Lindy built a diverse career in business development, operations, and marketing — including roles at Uncharted, a social impact accelerator; a Japanese language school in Okinawa; and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Onslow County in North Carolina.

Lindy holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and International Studies from the University of Colorado Denver, as well as master’s degrees in International Marketing from Universitat de València and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Born and raised in Colorado, Lindy brings over a decade of experience in customer service, communication, and client support. On weekends, she’s in the garden wearing heart-shaped sunglasses and chasing the love of her life — her 12-year-old Jack Russell Terrier named Tigger.

Julie is a managing principal of BSW Wealth Partners and Strategic Advisor for the firm’s clients. As an Advisor, Julie is an innovator in removing the obstacles people face when planning for the future. For over 20 years, she has assisted clients with transitions such as retirement/work-life reinvention, business transition, divorce, death of a loved one, financial windfall, and inheritance. Julie has experience in cash-flow analysis, business owner planning strategies, next-generation education, legacy, and estate planning, and incorporating real estate, businesses, and mineral interest holdings into a financial plan.

Julie began her career while still in grade school, helping her real estate broker mother with filing, organizing and showing property. Her mother treated every client as if he or she were a member of her own family. She was proud to have generations of families seek her advice on real estate matters and maintains many of those relationships into her own retirement. This early mentoring instilled a fundamental business belief in Julie: treat every client as if he/she were your family member and as if the relationship will last for generations.

Julie graduated with honors from Colorado State University and earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. From 2009-2016, she had extensive training through the Sudden Money Institute’s Mastery Program where she specialized in managing major financial transitions due to the sale of a business, divorce, inheritance and other life-changing events.  Prior to joining BSW Wealth Partners in 2015, Julie was co-owner of a financial planning firm. She is a past President of the West River Estate and Financial Planning Council and serves on the executive committee for several scholarships supporting women and girls in educational pursuits. Julie co-leads Zonta Foothills Club’s Culture of Respect Initiative, empowering students in Boulder Valley to promote a culture where all individuals are treated with dignity, equality, and respect.

A San Francisco Bay Area native, I transplanted to Boulder in 2002 for undergrad at CU Boulder. Upon graduating with a dual degree in Psychology and Spanish I followed my folly and love for the mountains to Telluride, CO. Living and working in Telluride serendipitously lead me to the non-profit sector and my first career path. While in Telluride, and then back in Boulder, I worked for two primary organizations across many roles (as non-profit jobs tend to be), including business administration, marketing, and fundraising. From 2015 – 2017 I participated in the CU Leeds School of Business MBA program. My interest in psychology and behavior, combined with a love for numbers, ignited a career shift into the field of financial planning. The shift was also driven by personal events that highlighted the importance of financial education, empowerment, and organization. As a financial advisor my goal is to pass these tools and services down to clients, helping ease the stress and burden that many feel as they navigate financial priorities, decision-making, or events such as death or divorce. On the weekends and after the workday I try my best to get into nature by bike, ski, or foot, and see as much live music as possible. My husband and I are committed to an active lifestyle full of adventure, which often means dragging our young children and my teenage stepson along for the camping trip, road trip, or day in the mountains. We’re all generally happiest when covered in sunscreen and dirt, away from cell phone reception. When not exploring you can find us at home in Lafayette spending time with my local in-laws, sister, niece, and friends.

Prior to BSW, I worked for more than seven years at The Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, in Boulder, as an Associate Financial Representative.  My early career path included work in the insurance, investment, and legal fields. I have a paralegal certificate from the Denver Paralegal Institute.

My husband Mark and I recently made a lifetime dream come true and moved to Maui.  In my free time, I enjoy swimming in the ocean, kayaking, learning how to use my new SUP, golfing, playing tennis and exploring our new island home.

Most of all, I enjoy spending time with Mark and our daughters Ashley, and her partner Hugo, and Amie and her husband Erik.

I was very fortunate to grow up both with privilege, and by virtue of the location of my first childhood home - adjacent to the notorious Cabrini-Green Chicago public housing projects – exposure to the wealth gap in America.  Ever since, I’ve been dedicated to the idea that money can be transformational – if allocated thoughtfully.

I am an Advisor at BSW Wealth Partners, the firm’s Director of Values-Alignment, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Driven to lead a life of cheerful service, I work primarily with intergenerational families, impact-oriented Non-Profits and mission-driven company 401k’s, with a specific focus on aligning financial plans – and investment portfolios – with what the client deems to be most important.

As the firm’s Director of Values-Alignment, I strive to continuously improve the outcomes for all stakeholders; leading BSW’s B Corp and Public Benefic Corporation (PBC) initiatives.  Additionally, I have the responsibility for continuously improving BSW’s Values-Aligned investing methodology.

I’ve been employed by Registered Investment Advisors (RIA’s) since graduating college; prior to joining BSW,  I worked for nearly a decade at a multi-billion dollar investment management & wealth advisory services firm in Boulder, while spending many nights and weekends leading the Corporate Social Responsibility efforts for a local B Corp “buy one, give one” consumer packaged goods company.

Volunteering since the 1990’s, I target giving 100 hours per year (1% of my time) to community service.  My most recent contributions include co-founding the non-profit B Local Colorado, serving as a founding Advisor to the B Local Communities, and providing pro-bono financial planning services via commitments to Advisers Give Back and the After Innocence Project.  I consider being generous with my time – and resources – my duty to society, with my personal philanthropic strategy centered around my individual commitment to 1% For the Planet.

As Director of Investments at BSW, I provide strategic leadership to the Investment Group and assist in the development and management of BSW’s comprehensive investment offerings.

My interest in financial markets was inspired by my father, who worked as a financial advisor and frequently illustrated the interconnectedness of all aspects of our economy. Growing up I also became deeply aware of social inequalities which sparked my curiosity about solutions to build a more equitable and inclusive economy that benefits and respects all participants.

My career began at Goldman Sachs, where I learned that virtually anything could be financially engineered while working with equity derivatives and structured products. The Great Financial Crisis, however, shifted my perspective and ignited a desire to leverage the power of financial markets for societal benefit. This drive led me to join the Louisiana Department of Economic Development, where I focused on allocating limited resources to create meaningful impact within the state. Seeking to expand my work to an international stage, I joined the Aspen Institute in Washington, DC, where I developed early-stage investment ecosystems across the Middle East and North Africa.

Over a decade ago, I combined my interest in finance with my passion for sustainability at Calvert Impact Capital, helping institutional and retail investors structure investments in mission-driven organizations. Most recently, I built and managed investment portfolios, many with an impact and sustainability focus, for institutions and family offices at Cambridge Associates. I’m particularly passionate about creating bespoke investment solutions that not only meet client needs but also support innovative technologies and structures advancing a more equitable world.

Outside of work, I enjoy embarking on adventures and finding creative outlets with my two children. Since recently moving to Boulder, my family has loved exploring Colorado’s hiking trails, ski slopes, and stunning scenery. I also enjoy cooking, practicing yoga, and traveling with my family whenever possible.

A Boulder native through and through, Noa brings deep local roots and fresh perspective to the BSW team as a Summer Associate. Currently pursuing his Personal Financial Planning degree at the Leeds School of Business, he's working toward his CFP designation with focus and determination. When he's not diving into financial planning coursework, you'll likely find Noa on the golf course trying to get out of a greenside bunker or at home with his two cats, who serve as excellent reminders that the best things in life are often the simplest. Noa's Boulder upbringing instilled in him an appreciation for community, outdoor living, and the kind of authentic relationships that make this place special. As he continues his journey toward becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Noa is excited to help BSW clients with the same thoughtful attention he brings to everything he does.

The decade I spent living in DC combined with my educational background in Women’s Studies, Music and International Affairs has shaped who I am, including my approach to wealth management. I believe in taking a creative approach to help individuals and families achieve their personal and financial goals. This may include sustainable investment strategies, philanthropic goals or generational wealth transfers. What is important to me is building long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust and respect. It is my goal, as an advisor, to help you develop a sense of financial confidence and security.

I began my career in wealth management in 2013 and have worked at several large firms before making the transition to BSW. My decision to join BSW was driven by my desire to work with like-minded, impact-oriented individuals who have come together under a common goal: to make life better for clients, employees and the community.  Throughout my career, I have always been a leader in my firm’s women’s networks. Advancing women and minorities in an industry where they are underrepresented is critical. So when I found BSW, a female-founded firm, I was thrilled.

I graduated from The George Washington University with a major in International Affairs and Women’s Studies and a minor in Music.  In 2020, I became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Originally from Connecticut, my love of the great outdoors has brought me to Colorado. Outside of the office, I spend my time running, hiking, biking, reading or playing the violin. I also very much value my time with my family and two orange cats.

With over two decades' experience in the asset management industry, I often think to myself how did I get here?  It was a passion for excellence, a thirst for knowledge, a desire to be impactful, and a contagious love of life that led me down a path to BSW.  As the Chief Compliance Officer, I oversee the firm’s compliance and risk management program. Having been in the industry prior to Dodd-Frank, I’ve grown professionally alongside the expansion of compliance as not just a “dust on the shelf manual”, but an industry itself.  It is my belief that a strong compliance regime brings inherent value to an advisor and its clients.

When not in the office, I love experiencing life with my husband and three children, often through travel and seeking sand for our toes and an ocean breeze to calm our minds.  I’m also the eternal hostess, enjoy cooking with my daughters, skiing, boating, practicing yoga, attending pure barre, and trying to keep up with my son in all things sports.

As a portfolio manager at BSW Wealth Partners, I build and maintain BSW client portfolios. My primary role is to ensure portfolios are running efficiently while serving my clients to achieve their life goals. With a focus on public equity markets, I work hand in hand with BSW’s director of public investments providing analytical and quantitative support.   Prior to joining BSW, I worked at an RIA in Las Vegas servicing high-net-worth individuals and their families. I specialized in client service, equity research, and portfolio construction.   When not managing portfolios, I spend most of my time with my wife Anna and our newborn son Anthony. As a former Division I athlete, I enjoy spending my weekends on a tennis court or hiking beautiful Boulder trails.

I serve as partner and Chief Operating Officer of BSW Wealth Partners. As chief operating officer, I manage firm-wide business operations to create an exceptional experience for clients and staff. I work closely with the management team to direct, manage and oversee business strategy and firm-level projects that create firm success.

Before joining the firm. I was a student at the University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business. I graduated in 2007 with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance.

Spending time with my wife Jenna and sons Jude and Clayton are top priorities outside the office. You’ll catch us enjoying a local sporting event or exploring Colorado’s great outdoors.

As a Senior Operations Specialist at BSW, I focus on optimizing our internal systems to ensure that our team can communicate seamlessly and provide the exceptional service our clients expect and deserve.

My career in Operations began in 2008 with a small firm in Boulder, CO, where I developed and refined my skills until the office closed in 2018. A brief stint at a large firm in Denver reaffirmed that working for a smaller company aligns better with my personal and professional values.

Originally from Lindsborg, KS, I’ve always appreciated the charm of small-town life. At the same time, I’ve fallen in love with the Colorado lifestyle and the endless adventures it offers. Outside of work, you’ll find me, my wife, and our two little adventurers hiking, camping, and exploring the mountains. We’re also big sports fans, although we don’t always agree on teams – Go Chiefs!

Tami began her practice in personal finance in 2006. Specializing in personal wealth management for individuals and families, it is her passion to support people transitioning through the phases of their financial lives. Because the retirement income planning process is complex and alive with choices and variables, she enjoys helping clients understand how the financial decisions they make work together.  

In addition to planning for retirement, Tami has extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting. This enables her to provide a high level of expertise in understanding the overall financial picture of clients going through the death of a loved one or divorce.  Tami provides education and support to clients during difficult decision-making processes in order to facilitate rational and informed decisions. Tami finds deep fulfillment in helping clients plan for financial independence post-death or post-divorce and providing clarity around the financial future.

Outside of the office, Tami actively engages within the Boulder-Denver community, publishing articles about the day to day financial decisions we all make and speaking to groups about financial wellness and current economic trends and news. Tami can also be found chasing after her children Mason and Emma, tending to her garden, and quelling her thirst for knowledge by sinking her teeth into a wide variety of compelling literature.

As a Data Specialist, my primary role is to ensure the utmost accuracy in processing and presenting our clients' data. My work involves navigating our data systems to establish clean, reliable, and timely data. It's my goal and responsibility to provide our clients with precise reports and numbers, helping to alleviate their financial stress. This allows them to concentrate on growing their wealth and personal development, ultimately enhancing their quality of life. I am proud to be a first-generation American with Lebanese heritage. Growing up in a multicultural environment ignited my passion for travel and exploring diverse cultures, particularly through their cuisines. My top travel destinations for the best culinary experiences are Lebanon, Spain, and England. I recently graduated from The University of Colorado Boulder, where I majored in Finance. In my final year, I discovered a passion for data and shifted my focus to Information Management. In my leisure time, I enjoy discovering new spots to set up my hammock, engaging in word games, and spending quality time with friends. At the office, I've informally assumed the role of Office DJ, known for constantly playing music and curating various playlists to enhance our work environment.

Maile is our office manager and client concierge who is primarily involved in office management, client communication and service where she brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Maile began her career managing the Reconciliation Department at the Pacific Stock Exchange in San Francisco. She then joined Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. where she spent 16 years in various professional roles in the Mutual Funds, Advisor Services, and Human Resources. Before joining BSW, Maile was one of the first employees at Aperio, which now manages more than $20 billion in assets. Maile helped grow the company in an administrative capacity and also worked in business development.

Maile moved to Boulder from Northern California in 2018 and is thrilled to be part of the team at BSW team.

As BSW’s Director of Financial Planning, Kat leads BSW’s team of Financial Planning Specialists and serves as the firm’s expert on financial planning strategy. She works closely with Advisors to develop customized, forward-thinking recommendations that reflect each client’s unique goals and proactively address their evolving needs.

Kat oversees key planning initiatives and leads projects that enhance BSW’s service offering, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of the financial planning field. She brings a forward-thinking mindset to initiatives, turning strategic vision into actionable outcomes.

Her career in finance began at Switzerland’s largest bank during the global financial crisis. She later expanded her professional experience through roles at a Swiss airline and a German automotive manufacturer, where she supported VIP clientele—broadening her perspective and reinforcing her commitment to excellence in client experience.

Outside of work, Kat enjoys staying active, whether through yoga, running, or hiking the Colorado Front Range mountains and spending quality time with her husband and their two children.

As Client Service Manager for BSW Wealth Partners, my primary role is to facilitate a smooth, efficient, and pleasant client experience.  This includes managing workflows for new accounts, executing cashiering requests, and being the primary conduit by which clients communicate needs to their advisors and portfolio managers.

Prior to joining BSW Wealth Partners, I worked for over nine years at JP Morgan Chase – Chicago in a variety of divisions including Correspondent Banking, Residential Real Estate, and Compliance. Taking a break to raise my children, I worked for various medical practices including Aspen Valley Pediatrics and OrthoAspen and I’m excited to once again be back in the financial sector. I am true local having been born and raised in Boulder.

When not at BSW Wealth Partners, I enjoy skiing, hiking, travel, cooking, and entertaining. My real passion is spending time with my children Alexander, Christopher, and Sarah.
