Driven by our vision and these core beliefs, BSW’s merger with Sequoia marks an important milestone in our evolution. Headquartered in Akron, Ohio, Sequoia’s vision of Enriching Lives, client-centric approach, investment philosophy, and values-led culture of teamwork, integrity, and passion is uniquely synonymous and perfectly aligned with BSW.
When we first met Sequoia and its leadership team, it was like meeting additional BSW family. Fellow investment professionals with a deep desire to serve others and whose independent, majority-employee-owned firm is an expression of that ethos. Although Seqouia and BSW may be of different sizes, we make one another better – the whole truly becoming greater than the sum of its parts. Importantly, BSW will become Sequoia’s flagship office for Colorado and the Mountain West, bringing further career growth and ownership opportunities for our team, as we build our regional presence together.
