If you have ever shopped at a farmer’s market, joined a CSA, or purchased locally-grown instead of factory-farmed, you may be familiar with the Slow Food movement. Slow Money is a Boulder-headquartered organization inspired by Slow Food that encourages investment in local and organic food with the hopes to “bring money back down to earth.”
The Slow Money 2014 Conference brought together a community of speakers and supporters to manifest this movement. The below video takes a look at the inspirational and innovative thinkers committed to creating a new vision for investment and food.[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wibR31YdDUY&w=800&h=500]
